Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original dust bag and cardboard box, ensuring all protective films and tags are attached to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the provided return label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our quality team.
